Bühlmanns payment and cancellation conditions for stays

Online bookings for stays
For bookings made on our website, the cost of the stay will be charged to the payment card on the day of arrival.
In the event of a no-show or late cancellation, we will charge an amount equivalent to the first night’s stay.

Online non-refundable bookings for stays
For non-refundable bookings made on the hotel’s website, the cost of the stay will be charged to the payment card at the time of booking. This booking cannot be changed or cancelled.

New Year’s Stay
When booking the New Year’s Stay package at Peak 12 Hotel, Pier 5 Hotel, Villa Provence, Scheelsminde, or Nørre Vosborg, the cost of the stay will be charged to your card on November 22 if booked before this date. If you book after November 22nd, the payment will be charged at the time of booking. If canceled after November 22nd, the amount will not be refunded.

Other bookings
For bookings made by phone, email, or in person, we request a credit card number and expiration date as a guarantee.
In the event of a no-show or late cancellation, we will charge an amount equivalent to the first night’s stay.

Cancellation of room with or without breakfast
Bookings of rooms with or without breakfast can be cancelled free of charge until 6:00 PM local time the day before arrival. If the room is canceled thereafter, we will charge an amount equivalent to the first night of the total stay.

Cancellation of stay with dinner

Cancellation of Tasting stay at Nørre Vosborg and Recit stay at Scheelsminde
1 – 4 rooms: Stays with the above packages can be cancelled free of charge up to 3 days before arrival, no later than 6:00 PM. If cancelled after this time, the full price of the stay will be charged.
5 – 9 rooms: Stays with dinner can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival, no later than 6:00 PM. After this, 1 room can be reduced until 2 days before arrival before 18.00. If canceled thereafter, the full price of the stay will be invoiced.

Cancellation of New Year’s Stay
New Year’s stays can be cancelled free of charge before November 22 at 12:00 AM. If canceled thereafter, the full price of the stay will be invoiced.

Cancellation of prepaid stays
Bookings for prepaid stays, such as events, concerts, and special arrangements, are non-changeable, non-cancellable, and non-refundable after booking. Payment is deducted from the payment card at the time of booking The website always states whether stays, events, concert or special arrangements are prepaid

How to change and cancel
Changes and cancellations must always be made in writing. Please send an email to the hotel and your email will be confirmed. In the event of a change, reservations are made for any price increases that may occur in the period from the date of your booking until the time of change or cancellation. Reservation can be moved from one hotel to another hotel if there is availability.
Please note that some offers cannot be cancelled, refunded or changed.
Reservations made via 3rd party agents such as Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com etc. Must be changed by the 3rd party agent with whom the reservation was made.

If 10 rooms or more are booked for the same period, the hotel will regard this as a group booking, which may result in a change in prices and general conditions – including, among other things, cancellation and payment conditions.

A 10% prepayment is required at the time of booking.
In case of total cancellation of the reservation, the prepayment is non-refundable.
‘Arrival’ refers to the first day of arrival for the group booking.
The cutoff time for cancellations is 6:00 PM.

10 – 20 rooms
Up to 30 days before arrival, 100% can be cancelled free of charge.
From 29 days to 20 days before arrival, 50% of the most recent confirmation can be cancelled free of charge.
From 19 days to 10 days before arrival, 25% of the most recent confirmation can be cancelled free of charge.
From 9 days to 5 days before arrival, 10% of the most recent confirmation can be cancelled free of charge.
From 4 days to 24 hours before arrival, 5% of the most recent confirmation can be cancelled free of charge.
After this point, 100% of the most recent agreement will be charged.

21 -50 rooms
Up to 60 days before arrival, 100% can be cancelled free of charge.
From 59 days to 40 days before arrival, 50% of the most recent confirmation can be cancelled free of charge.
From 39 days to 20 days before arrival, 25% of the reservation can be cancelled free of charge.
From 19 days to 10 days before arrival, 10% of the most recent confirmation can be cancelled free of charge.
From 9 days to 3 days before arrival, 5% of the most recent confirmation can be cancelled free of charge.
After this point, 100% of the most recent agreement will be charged

50 + rooms
Up to 90 days before arrival, 100% can be cancelled free of charge.
From 89 days to 60 days before arrival, 50% of the most recent confirmation can be cancelled free of charge.
From 59 days to 30 days before arrival, 25% of the most recent confirmation can be cancelled free of charge.
From 29 days to 15 days before arrival, 10% of the most recent confirmation can be cancelled free of charge.
From 14 days to 3 days before arrival, 5% of the most recent confirmation can be cancelled free of charge.
After this point, 100% of the most recent agreement will be charged.
