Bühlmann Hotels - Payment and Cancellation Terms
These conditions apply to all reservations of 1-9 rooms at Bühlmann Hotels. For group bookings of 10 rooms or more, please see the “Group bookings” section below.

Room reservations at our hotels can only be made by persons over 18 years of age. Minors under the age of 18 are not allowed to stay overnight without a parent.
Payment terms – Direct bookings
Applies to bookings via our website, directly at the hotel, by phone or email:
- All bookings must be guaranteed by credit card.
- The full amount will be deducted automatically at 06:00 on the day of arrival.
- Stays can be shortened free of charge if notified by 18:00 the day before departure at the latest. For later changes, full payment for the originally booked stay will be charged.
- In case of no-show or late cancellation, payment for the first night will be charged.
Non-refundable bookings (“Save %”)
- The full amount is deducted at the time of booking.
- Booking can be changed for a change fee of 395 kr.
- If the new arrival date is more expensive, the price difference will be charged. If the price is lower, the difference will not be refunded.
- In case of cancellation, the payment is non-refundable.
New Years Stay
- The full amount will be deducted 5 weeks before arrival.
- If the stay is booked later than this, the amount will be deducted at booking.
- If canceled after payment has been made, the amount will not be refunded.
Cancellation terms – Standard stay
- Bookings can be canceled free of charge until 18:00 the day before arrival.
- If canceled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Stay with dinner
- For up to 6 people: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival.
- In case of later cancellation, full payment for the stay including dinner will be charged.
- For 7-15 people, cancellations 7 days before arrival are free of charge. Cancellation between 6-2 days before arrival will be charged at 50%. Cancellation after that will be charged at 100%.

How to change or cancel
- Changes and cancellations must be made in writing via email to the hotel. Your change is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from us.
- When changing, there may be a price difference. If the price is higher, the difference will be charged. If the price is lower, the difference is non-refundable.
- Reservations made through third-party portals (e.g. Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com) must be changed or canceled directly with the portal in question.
Please note: If your reservation is not guaranteed with a valid credit card, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and release the room for resale from 6:00 PM on the day of arrival.
Group bookings (10 rooms or more)
- Deposit: 10% of the total amount will be charged at the time of booking and will be deducted from the final payment. Deposits are never refundable.
- Final payment: The balance is due 7 days before arrival.

Definition of “arrival”:
- “Arrival” is the first day of arrival for the entire group booking.
- Cancellation deadlines apply until 18:00 on the specified days before arrival.
Payment methods:
- Credit card via payment link or bank transfer (any bank fees are paid by the booker).
