Bühlmann's Payment, Cancellation, and Reduction Terms for Private Events and Parties
Cancellation of the event on the planned date, as well as possible upward and downward adjustments, must always be made in writing per e-mail.
No later than 91 days before the event, cancellations can be made free of charge.However, advance payment is not refunded .
- From 90 days until 60 days before the event, 50% of the last confirmed number can be canceled free of charge
- From 59 days until 30 days before the event, 25% of the last confirmed number can be canceled free of charge
- From 29 days to 48 hours can be adjusted down by 5%
- After this, 100% of the latest confirmed is invoiced
Deposit
A deposit of 3,000 DKK will be required upon confirmation of the event. This amount will not be refunded if cancelled.
Change of Event Date
For any changes to the event date, please refer to the terms and conditions outlined above.
Payment
50% of the confirmed amount must be paid no later than 14 days before the event.
The remaining balance is to be paid after the event via credit card using a payment link.
