Bühlmann's Payment, Cancellation, and Reduction Terms for Private Events and Parties
Cancellation of the event on the planned date, as well as possible upward and downward adjustments, must always be made in writing per e-mail.
Cancellations can be made free of charge no later than 91 days before the event. However, the deposit is non-refundable.
- From 90 days until 60 days before the event, 50% of the last confirmed number can be canceled free of charge.
- From 59 days until 30 days before the event, 25% of the last confirmed number can be canceled free of charge
- From 29 days to 48 hours can be adjusted down by 5%
- After that, 100% of the latest confirmation will be invoiced.
Deposit
A deposit will be charged upon confirmation of the event.
Events of 30 people or less are charged a deposit of DKK 3,000. Events over 30 people are charged a deposit of DKK 6,000.
The deposit is deducted from the final payment. Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation.
Change of Event Date
For any changes to the event date, please refer to the terms and conditions outlined above.
Payment
80% of the confirmed amount must be paid no later than 14 days before the event. The remaining amount will be invoiced with an 8-day payment deadline.
