Bühlmann's cancellation conditions for meetings and conferences
Cancellation and rescission must always be made in writing. Cancellation and rescission means total cancellation, reduction, curtailment, rescheduling, and similar significant changes in relation to the confirmation.
The cut-off time for cancellation is 18:00.
Payment: Meetings and conferences of DKK 5,000 or less are settled at the hotel before departure.
Public institutions with an EAN number can always receive the invoice after the event.
An invoicing fee of DKK 75 will be charged upon invoicing.
Cancellation
- Until 45 days before the 1st event day can be canceled 100% free of charge
- From 44 days until 21 days before the 1st event day, 50% of the latest confirmation can be canceled free of charge
- From 20 days until 10 days before the 1st event day, 25% of the last confirmation can be canceled free of charge
- From 9 days until 48 hours before the 1st event day, 5% of the latest confirmation can be canceled free of charge
- After this, 100% of the most recently agreed upon amount is invoiced

- Until 60 days before the 1st event day can be canceled 100% free of charge
- From 59 days until 40 days before the 1st event day, 50% of the last confirmation can be canceled free of charge
- From 39 days until 25 days before the 1st event day, 25% of the last confirmation can be canceled free of charge
- From 24 days until 48 hours before the 1st event day, 5% of the latest confirmation can be canceled free of charge
- After this, 100% of the most recently agreed upon amount is invoiced
Cancellation
- Until 90 days before 1st event day, 100% can be canceled free of charge
- From 89 days until 50 days before the 1st event day, 50% of the latest confirmation can be canceled
- From 49 days until 30 days before the 1st event day, 25% of the last confirmation can be canceled free of charge
- From 29 days until 48 hours before the 1st event day, 5% of the latest confirmation can be canceled free of charge
- After this, 100% of the most recently agreed upon amount is invoiced
